Disgrace to Sisterhood": Journalist Agba Jalingo Calls Out Woman Who Allegedly Assaulted Pregnant Daughter-in-law

 Nigerian journalist and activist, Agba Jalingo, has publicly condemned a woman, identified as Amber Ndifon, for allegedly assaulting her pregnant daughter-in-law, Dooshima, in Calabar.


In a widely circulated video on social media, Dooshima is seen in tears as she recounts the alleged assault. Shockingly, she claims her husband stood by without intervening as his mother reportedly attacked her.


In a Facebook post dated Wednesday, April 30, 2025, Jalingo revealed that the victim tragically lost her pregnancy following the incident and has since been driven out of her matrimonial home. He added that she is now facing serious health complications due to the stress and violence endured.


Describing Mrs. Ndifon’s actions as a “disgrace to sisterhood,” Jalingo called for accountability and justice for Dooshima.
