Nurse stabbed to death few days to graduation

Tamilore Odunsi, a 23-year-old British student nurse from London, has raised over £40,000 to bring her home and give her the “peaceful and dignified farewell she deserves.”

Known affectionately as Tami, Elizabeth was tragically stabbed to death in her Houston residence just days before her scheduled graduation. She had documented her journey as a student nurse on TikTok, where she shared insights into her studies and aspirations.

Her sister, Georgina, described the loss as a “brutal murder” in a heartfelt tribute on a GoFundMe page, which was launched to raise funds for repatriation, funeral, and burial expenses.

The Houston Police Department confirmed that Tami’s body was discovered on April 26, and homicide detectives have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death.

The tragedy has sparked an outpouring of grief and solidarity, with donors and well-wishers supporting the family in their time of unimaginable loss.
