The accident occurred near the Obudu Ranch Resort in Cross River State, involving a bus carrying members of the Order of Friars Minor Capuchin. The vehicle was reportedly marked with the inscription: “Catholic Diocese of Enugu – Order of Friars Minor Capuchin.”
